I have an aging HP computer that has a ASUS MEW-VM motherboard in it. The computer currently has a 500MHz Celeron CPU. I'm interested in upgrading the CPU, but I need a BIOS upgrade to support the new CPUs.
Any help is appreciated,
Nate
Sorry for the delay (playing with new ADSL modem) - I'll take a look now.

MS-6119 rev 1.1 should be with jumpers, from 1.2 on it's with CPU PnP (setting in Bios).

Hi,
I run a macbook pro running vista, no probs talking on soundweb designer and London Architect.
I have seen people using parallels with no problems as well.
Cheers

On the download page..... noticed a healthy appetite for ram....
LightZone 3.3 Beta for Linux
System requirements: 1 GB RAM (2 GB recommended)
Please specifiy the model number of your card with VGA chip used. It may be possible this card requires a PCI 2.2 slot and is only marginally backwards compatible to PCI 2.1 motherboards/chipsets.

I belive what you want is in DHCP. I think it is called a domain suffix? When the client types in the pc name, windows/linux/whatever will automatically throw the domain name on the end.
EX: ping mypc
pinging mypc.mydomain (192.168.0.2)
*reply recivied! (I am here ms)
So if THATS what you mean, then look into DHCP and your world will be a much easier place.
Usually subdomaining is a prefix to the domains. So the address www.boboki.com would be a subdomain named www. You can have multi-layered subdomains as well. help.www.boboki.com is a good example. dnsmasq CAN do multi-layered subdomains. No, I don't know how many layers.
Keep in mind that address=/sample.com/192.168.0.2 will resolve literally ANYTHING.sample.com to 192.168.0.2
EX: ping my.domain.rox.your.sample.com
pinging sample.com (192.168.0.2)
*reply recivied! (yay it works ms)
So I hope that helps.
